2022 October 8 Road Update

As of Friday afternoon, the construction crew confirmed they were working all day Friday and into Saturday to prepare the roads.  We have been informed that they are targeting for paving on Monday and Tuesday.  We did check around the complex and most of the prep work is done.  We did still notice a couple of items we will be bringing to the attention of our site manager, ETC.

Targeted Plans for Monday October 10:

  • Pave the roads

Targeted Plans for Tuesday October 11:

  • Finish paving the roads

Targeted Plans for Wednesday October 12:

  • Let the roads cure

Thursday

  • Roads open up again.

This is weather permitting and barring any machine failure or worker issue.  If you have any additional concerns, please click on – Log a question or concern.  Emails to the board may or may not get to us.  We have been seeing an increasing amount of emails going to Spam.

Reminder: We are asking co-owners not to stop Nagle workers or our site manager – Ken Cousino to ask questions.  Ken bills the association by the hour for all questions asked.  We are doing our best to consolidate all questions to ask him at once to keep our overall costs down.

Weekend Entrances – October 8 & 9

  • Rodeo Entrance at Bridle Pass open to allow people to go in and out
  • Santa Fe to Fox Glen open to allow people to go in and out
  • Ellsworth entrance will be CLOSED to discourage drive through traffic

Services Interruption Week of October 10

Mail Services

  • This was not placed back on hold.
  • The safest bet is to go onto the USPS site to place your mail on hold.
  • We have been informed one of the residents went to the Post office and they did not have our mail.
  • We did confirm the mail for Wednesday through Friday was delivered Saturday (today).

Delivery service

  • Amazon and UPS did make deliveries on Friday and Saturday.
  • Starting Monday through Wednesday, the roads will be closed.

Emergency Vehicles

    • If they need to come through, they will but it may be delayed.

Thanks for your patience with this large project.
