Wild E. Coyote – Not a Drill – Public Service Announcement

There was a coyote in the Fox Glen courtyard reported by a couple of the neighbors yesterday evening.  The Huron Valley Rescue was called but they did not find the coyote by the time they showed up.  Today, more neighbors have been the coyote wandering around down the street and between the homes.  The coyote is hurt with a little limp.  Please do NOT approach the coyote.  If you catch sight of it sitting down and resting, call Huron Valley Rescue.  Their number is 734-661-3512.  Their email is CRDept@hshv.org.

As a friendly reminder, the coyote is a wild animal and even if he is adorable looking, please do not try to feed or pet him.  As a second reminder, we do not allow fire arms to be fired in our common areas per the bylaws.  Do NOT shoot at the coyote.  If the Coyote were to break into your house to attack you, then at that point, you are free to stand your ground and shoot the coyote in your house.  Lastly, beware when you are walking your animals.  The coyote may attack and take off with your pet, especially if it is a small one.
