Since last Friday the 21st, Nagle project manager and our ETC Site manager have been AWOL. All attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. The Board has escalated to the next line at Nagle. They have explained that the rain has caused issues and they are still backlogged. The Board is currently working to escalate to the 3rd level at Nagle to see where we can be in the schedule. Our main concern is that we must have these done before snowfall collects on the ground. This is because Garrett our snow removal is unable to remove snow from our roads with the manholes above the current road level.
To date, Nagle has not been paid for this project. We continue to press daily on Nagle and ETC. Suffice to say, does not look as if we will have our roads worked on this week or weekend. We will send out another update on Sunday the 30th. If you believe in a higher deity, now is the time to pray for Divine intervention.
