Now that our roads are finally all repaved, we ask all our neighbors to work together to keep the road in good condition. This means, if you are going to have heavy machinery come to your home to do work on your home, deck, patio, or landscaping, make sure the contractor knows to take care when placing heavy items on our roads. We have experienced a few scrapes and gouges from the machinery as well as large rocks dropped on our roads and causing minor damage. These have been reported to the Board and we wanted to send out a friendly reminder that we all have a part to play in keeping our roads maintained.
Second, it has been reported to us that in the little creek and retaining basins, someone has dumped goldfish in there. The goldfish appear to be breeding which could cause problems for our basins. We are not sure where the goldfish came from. If you see the goldfish and want to feed them, please do not do so. We do not want to encourage the goldfish to breed in our retaining basins.
