We need your help. Plantwise has notified us that they will no longer be working on our community. They have completed the large job and moving to maintenance is a very small job better suited for another company. This is our call to action for our co-owners. We need your help with suggestions of a new vendor. If you have suggestions or ideas of a company that can take on this work, please submit your ideas HERE.
Background & Kudos
Our basin beautification project is now completed by Plantwise under the leadership of Gloria King. We have basins A, B, C, D, and E cleaned up and planted with sustainable plants. A big thanks goes to Gloria King for spearheading this project. With her helpers Cynthia and Anne, these three co-owners have helped our community look better. As with all projects, we are now moving to the maintenance part of it. We want to keep the basins looking great. This means we no longer need to allocate as much money and community time for it. This could be why Plantwise let us know they are ending their business relationship with us.
What we are looking for in a company

- Focuses on maintenance of our Basins
- Possible weeding, trimming, and planting of hardy native perennials
- Recommendations of how to keep the Basin plantings easily maintained

The form is open for submissions and will close in February 2022 as we begin our process to request for proposal.
