The sidewalk project with Dexter Concrete is now complete. The issues listed in our punch list have been completed. The Board reviewed the fixes with our site manager, Ken Cousino. Now that the fixes have been completed, invoices have been sent out to co-owners with sidewalks in their driveway.
Whilst the sidewalks have been replaced or repaired, we still need to have the sidewalk gaps sealed. The original plan was to have this completed in October with our sidewalks. With the delay by our concrete contractor, the separate sealing contractor was not able to fit us in before the end of the season. We checked with Ken Cousino what the ramifications would be with the joints left unsealed for this winter. He indicated that with the replacements this year, we should be fine to seal the joints in Spring of 2022.
Come Spring 2022, we will be scheduling for our joint sealing.
