This Thursday, September 8, 2022 is our annual board meeting. We are holding the meeting at the Pittsfield Township Community Center located at 701 Ellsworth Road (at State st.) We will meet outside at the pavilion as the Township is not yet allowing indoor gatherings. We will review the in-progress projects and vote for board members.
As a reminder, we will need at least 19 co-owners in person or have a combination of in-person plus signed proxies. To date, we only have 4 proxies and 5 confirmed attending co-owners. If we do not have a quorum, we will not be able to vote nor will we be able to hold a meeting. Please make sure you either attend or provide your proxy.
If you are not able to make it, please sign your proxy and follow 1 of the 3 options:
- Provide the signed proxy to your neighbor who is attending the meeting
- Provide the signed proxy to one of the board members attending
