Effective August 1, 2026, Fox Glen will move to Steven’s Disposal which is the same company being used by Pittsfield Township. In order for us to move forward, we had to first early terminate our contract with Waste Management. They do have a penalty clause of 6 months since our contract ends July 2027, a year from now. The Board spent the last two months providing evidence of why we should terminate with no penalty. This was approved and accepted by Waste Management on July 3.
Timeline
July 30 – Waste Management will collect their garbage and recycling bins along with the usual service.
July 30 – Steven’s Disposal will provide to us new garbage and recycling bins.
Week of August 2, the new collection begins.

Yard waste must be in either the Paper Yard Waste bags OR a purchased Stevens Yard Waste Cart. Each Co-owner will need to decide if which way they want to provide the yard waste. Either way, the cost of the container is owned by the Co-owner.
