On July 14, 2026 there will be a Summer Sprinkler audit to ensure all our sprinklers are working properly. If you have an issue with your sprinkler and haven’t reported it yet, fill out Report a Problem or Request a Work Order.
On July 22, 2026 Guardian will be completing our annual tree maintenance trim. As a reminder, the ones to be impacted are in our Guardian Tree Maintenance Report.
On August 6, 2026 Garret will be mulching the deciduous trees. These are only the public trees which are mostly in the front yard and along Rodeo. If your tree is in your borders, they will not be mulched. If your tree is in the backyard, they will also not be mulched.
