As we approach July, Mister Management will be sending out our welcome packet. It will include the following.

- How to set up the new payment

Here are a few FAQs to help. If you have additional questions, fill out a work request with your question.

Why does this new management firm need information about mortgages?
Also, how can HOA payments be made without incurring a fee? This new firm is essentially raising our monthly HOA!
Hi La Verne, we just saw this waiting for approval. We need to use the report a problem or create a concern for us to see questions and issue. The management firm will need information about the mortgage is based on Condo Law.
Michigan law requires condo associations to track mortgages. Under Mich. Admin. Code R. 559.507, condo associations must keep a official book or record of all mortgages for every unit in the project.
