2022 Road construction NOT on Track
We called the site manager to see why the pavers are not here. The construction crew elected not to work on paving due to the potential rain tonight. This is not acceptable and we have escalated. The construction manager let our site manager know they do work on Saturday too. This is still not acceptable because this causes our roads to be closed even longer. We do not have a revised date for when the construction company will show up to pave. We will keep you posted as we receive more updates.
We have the clearly stated the following:
- Emergency vehicle access is a must and we cannot drag this out
- Co-owners have planned only through Friday to not use their cars
- Delivers have been placed on hold
- Mail will try to be delivered again on Saturday
Revised but unconfirmed Plans for Friday:
- Paving
This is weather permitting and barring any machine failure or worker issue. If you have any additional concerns, please click on – Log a question or concern. Emails to the board may or may not get to us. We have been seeing an increasing amount of emails going to Spam.
Reminder: We are asking co-owners not to stop Nagle workers or our site manager – Ken Cousino to ask questions. Ken bills the association by the hour for all questions asked. We are doing our best to consolidate all questions to ask him at once to keep our overall costs down.
Services Interruption Reminders
- Mail Services went on hold starting yesterday Wednesday October 5 and last through tomorrow Friday October 7
- The plan is for mail to be redelivered on Saturday
- With the revised and unconfirmed dates, we are not sure what will happen
- If you want your mail earlier, you can go and pick it up at the Liberty Post office
- Delivery service
- Barriers to the entrances are up.
- This is to prevent anyone from driving on our roads.
- Emergency Vehicles
- If they need to come through, they will but it may be delayed.
