Tree Service

Guardian will be showing up possibly today June 7 and tomorrow June 8 for the Spring Tree Service Included in our service will be:

Spring subsurface liquid tree fertilization:

– About 10 red maples along Rodeo Drive. 

– All blue and stressed/diseased white spruce throughout, first late spring fungicide application to help suppress needle and twig diseases.

-Austrian pines throughout, south and west side of property along Ellsworth & Lohr, first spring application to help suppress needle diseases. Primarily tip blight.

Trees within co-owner borders will not be treated.

Sprinkler System

The sprinklers were set up in late April.  The clocks were all installed in and turned on May 30 for 3x a week.  Over the Memorial day weekend, the heat caused our grass to go from green to burned.  With the longer dry spell and heat, many of our trees are suffering.  If co-owners want to help the tree in the public area with some watering, that will be appreciated.  A slow trickle around the root line for 15 minutes a few times a week will help.  This is a pro-active recommendation for the good of the community.
