Everyone, we just received this message from our Waste Management company.
Your waste removal services scheduled for Thursday may be impacted by the evolving winter storm warning. WM is committed to the safety of our drivers, our community, and our customers. Our team will be attempting to safely service all customers. If your location is not serviced on Thursday an attempt will be made on Friday. We appreciate your patience as we navigate the challenging weather conditions.
We have seen that several of our homes have had their trash removed. If you are one of the ones impacted and they don’t pick up on Friday, remember to log a Work Request via our Report a Problem. Or go directly to the form – Request Order. Select Issue – Trash/Recycle for your question or problem. Reporting through the electronic form will be tracked better. Calling our Property Management will work too, just not tracked.
