We are now in August and our services have successfully switched over to Mr. Management for our property management and Stevens Disposal for our rubbish/recycle/yard waste management.
A friendly reminder that all maintenance requests and concerns will now go through the Mr. Management portal. You will need to log a request through there. The previous form the Board maintained has been deactivated. All work requests or concerns should be reported directly to Mr. Management. Our webpage has been updated to reflect the same. See HERE.
Reminder that our rubbish/recycle/yard waste is now picked up on Mondays. Place your bins out Sunday night. We do recognize that Waste Management did not collect their bins yet. We sent a message to them on Friday morning and have received zero response. This is consistent with the lack of service we have received in the last 18 months. We will continue to work to have those old bins removed.
Lastly, we posted in both the July and August meeting minutes that we will hold a community wide garage sale. Please fill out this form – Garage Sale Form to indicate your interest in participating. We are trying to have more homes to generate more buyers to come through on Saturday August 15, 2026. This will be from 9 AM to 4 PM. If you have only a few items and want to join in on someone’s garage sale, please feel free to enter that in the sign up form.
