The road project 2022 is almost done! Our final top coat is complete. Friday afternoon, ETC our site management company will remove the barriers and the road portion of the road will be done. To finish the 2022 road project, two items remain: the catch basins will be cleaned up and the guest parking line painting. We are waiting on the schedule for the catch basin cleanup as well as the parking line painting.
Recycling
- Pick-up did not occur for most of Fox Glen and Bridle Pass since work on the roads began before pick-up.
- Recycling will come in two weeks.
Driving on the roads
- Since it is cold out, the roads are curing faster and should be okay to drive.
- 24 hours is recommended to give us the best chance at having a solid road that will last another 20 years.
- If the roads are not fully cured, there is a slight possibility that driving on the road could cause depressions to form. This could, in turn, decrease road longevity and will cause the roads to need to be redone sooner.
