Nagle let us know that they are working on scheduling for the last top layer. We requested to have this Friday or Saturday October 20th or 21st. They have not confirmed. We will follow up again on Thursday with an update. Our ETC site manager let us know that next week may be a possibility too. The main concern for us is if there will be rain or not. (Or if it snows. It is snowing up North.) The lower temperature should not impact our roads.
Deliveries are able to make it through from all three entrances. We did share that drive through traffic went through the cones and ignored our barriers for Ellsworth. They will Nagle know that we need the larger barriers to block the Ellsworth entrance once we receive our top layer.
