2022 Budget Meeting Reminder and Details

Reminder to all Co-owners, our Budget Meeting is next week on February 10, 2022. We start at 6 PM Eastern through Zoom. The information is below. This will be a similar format to last year’s budget meeting. Try to log in 10 minutes prior to the meeting to ensure the setup works for you. Zoom does have updates periodically.

EDIT: One co-owner asked if there is a password required. The answer is NO. It causes too many problems. We have elected not to use a password to log in.

Fox Glen Annual Meeting — one week from today on Thursday, September 13, 2018

Dear Fox Glen co-owners and residents,

A final reminder: our Annual Meeting will be held one week from today on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the Pittsfield Township Senior Center (at the corner of State Street and Ellsworth). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for sign-in, food & refreshments. The meeting will be called to order at 6:15 p.m. All co-owners and residents are encouraged to attend. You could win one of five $30 Meijer gift cards.

The main purpose of the meeting is to hold the annual election for Directors to sit on the Board to manage the Association. It’s also an opportunity for the Board to review with members the past year and impart an understanding of where Fox Glen is headed. You’ll hear updates on basin beautification, the road project and future dues levels.

Remember, remember: if you have any issues or problems that need to be dealt with, please contact Jeff at 734-663-1900 ext 230, jdobbs@thecondopros.com or the board at board@foxglenassociation.org before the annual meeting!

If you can’t attend, do us the honor of signing the proxy form you received in the mail and give it to a neighbor who will be attending the meeting.

A 2^nd reminder and invitation…

Our Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the Pittsfield Township Senior Center (at the corner of State Street and Ellsworth). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for sign-in, food & refreshments. The meeting will be called to order at 6:15 p.m.

Important reminder: if you have any issues or problems that need to be dealt with, please contact Jeff at 734-663-1900 ext 230, jdobbs@thecondopros.com or the board at board@foxglenassociation.org before the annual meeting! Don’t save them for the meeting because it’s not the time or place for us to first hear about things that might have happened weeks ago.

The meeting will be 75 minutes total. The main purpose is to hold the annual election for Directors to sit on the Board to manage the Association. You’ll also hear updates on basin beautification, the road project and future dues levels.

We’ll again have five (5) drawings, each for a $30 Meijer gift card – who knows, you could win.

Dear Fox Glen co-owners and residents,

This is a reminder – and an invitation:

The meeting is reasonably brief (about 75 minutes total) and the main purpose is to hold the annual election for Directors to sit on the Board to manage the Association.

There will be enough refreshments provided to make a light meal (Potbelly sandwiches, fruit tray, chips, cookies, and water).

We’ll again have five (5) drawings, and each drawing will be for a $30 Meijer gift card.

If you are unable to attend, please at least sign the proxy form you received in the mail and give it to a neighbor who will be attending the meeting. Your signed proxy will help make sure that we have a quorum to legally conduct Association business at the Annual Meeting.

Reminder: Open Budget meeting Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Pittsfield Township Community Center

Dear Fox Glen Co-owners and residents,

This is a reminder that we will have an open Budget Meeting on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the Pittsfield Township Senior Center (Ellsworth at State Street). The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. to allow everyone to have their dinner at home. All interested co-owners and residents are invited to attend.

At that meeting we’ll present 2017 results and the 2018 budget as well as the long-term plan for reserve spending for the next several years. After the presentation, we’ll have an open discussion and the Board will respond to questions about the budget and the reserve plan.
